Garden: Today's Photo from the Carport Bed
I wonder if this will be the height of the bloom for plants in the Carport Bed? While this planting will be less floriferous in Summer and Fall than it is at present, I hope it will continue look nice as the grasses predominate and the Sweet Cicely and "Jolly Bee" geranium come into flower. Here's a photo taken today from a bee's ankles point of view:

That is very pretty, and such a nice variety of flowers, textures and shapes.
I didn't notice the stone when I viewed your earlier post. That adds dimension to the space too. Looking good!
Thanks, Alison! I feel a little bit pathetic when I see how many flowers others (like you :-) ) have to show. But, this is what I've got right now...
Hi Kris! Trick of the eye (and low perspective). These are two fairly small rocks. But, in an effort to catch all the blooms together, I got down to worm eye-level to take this picture.
It's looking really good, Emily! I like the color, texture and height combination!
Thanks, Peter! Somehow all the early spring bloomers congregated here--I didn't plan that. But the flip side is that...they are all congregated here...nothing doing anywhere else in the garden right now.
I like the idea of having a concentration of plants that put on a show simultaneously for that WOW factor. It looks like this area will still be lovely (in a more subtle way) after the bloom cycle passes.
Thanks, Rickii!
What a pretty vignette! I really like your fence too.
Thanks, Anna! I was glad that I took pictures to document it doing so helped me to realize how long a bloom period these plants shared.
